JMD Eventz – Balloon Decoration Services

1. Nature of Service

JMD Eventz provides customized balloon decoration and event decoration services at the client’s venue. As these are personalized and on-site services, physical return of decoration items is not applicable.


2. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by Customer:

  • If cancelled 72 hours before the event date, 50% of the advance amount will be refunded.
  • If cancelled 24–72 hours before the event, the advance amount is non-refundable.
  • If cancelled within 24 hours of the event, the full advance amount will be non-refundable.

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 working days.


3. Rescheduling Policy

  • One-time rescheduling is allowed free of charge (subject to availability).
  • Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours before the event date.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds will only be considered in the following cases:

  • If JMD Eventz is unable to provide the service due to unavoidable circumstances (natural disasters, emergencies, etc.).
  • If the decoration setup is significantly different from the agreed design and the issue is reported immediately during the event setup.

⚠️ No refund requests will be accepted after the event has been completed.


5. Damage Policy

  • All decoration items remain the responsibility of the client during the event.
  • Any intentional damage or misuse may result in additional charges.

6. Weather & External Conditions

For outdoor events, balloon decorations may be affected by weather conditions such as rain, wind, or extreme heat. JMD Eventz will not be held responsible for such weather-related damage.
