Booking Policy

We advise booking our services at least 7 to 10 days prior to your event to ensure availability. Our slots tend to fill quickly, so early booking is highly recommended. However, subject to availability, we may accept last-minute bookings up to 12 hours before the event. For urgent or last-minute bookings, please contact us directly at 9893334522.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation made less than 24 hours before the event:
No refund will be applicable.

Cancellation made between 24 to 72 hours before the event:
A cancellation charge of Rs 1000 or 50% of the booking amount (whichever is lower) will be deducted.

Cancellation made between 3 to 7 days before the event:
A fixed cancellation fee of Rs 500 will be charged.

Cancellation made 7 days or more before the event:
No cancellation charges will be applied.

In situations involving unfavorable weather conditions or unavoidable circumstances beyond control (acts of God), only rescheduling requests will be considered. Items that are perishable in nature are strictly non-refundable, non-cancellable, and non-reschedulable.

Bookings made for special occasions such as Valentine’s Day (13th & 14th February), Christmas (25th December), New Year’s Eve (31st December), and other peak event days are non-cancellable due to special package arrangements.

For Room Decoration Packages and Candle Light Packages, the full package amount will be forfeited in case of cancellation.

Rescheduling Policy

Rescheduling requested within 24 hours of the experience:
Approval will be at the discretion of JMDEvents and subject to availability.

Rescheduling requested between 24 hours to 3 days before the experience:
Rescheduling will be allowed without any additional charges.

Rescheduling requested 3 days or more before the experience:
Rescheduling will be permitted at no extra cost.

Please note that rescheduling is not allowed for bookings made on Valentine’s Day, Christmas, New Year’s Eve, or other special event dates.

Additional Information

Cake and bouquet orders cannot be canceled on the same day as the scheduled experience.

For hotel-based experiences, only guests aged 18 years and above are permitted. A maximum of two guests are allowed per room.

Working Hours

JMDEvents operates from Monday to Sunday between 11:00 am and 8:00 pm. Kindly note that our office remains closed on Thursdays.
